Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Just finished wrapping the last of my packages. The chex mix is fresh out of the oven. The snow is falling. A lot of it. I'm anxiously awaiting spending time with family this evening nestled up in front of the fireplace.
I'll be taking a little Holiday break for a few days, but will be back in the swing of things by the New Year!

Winter Wonderland

It's a bit of a wintry mix here in the Heartland today. I'm not usually one for ice and snow, but must admit that it looks quite stunning against the berries in the backyard today. Looks like we'll be having a white Christmas this year!

I just love scarves. Ok, I'm obsessed with scarves. I have two overflowing racks of them hanging in our bedroom closet, just driving my husband nuts. This "Snow Show" scarf by TianaCHE would make a perfect addition to my scarf collection. Created by Tiana Agapcheva, a fashion designer based out of Russia, this scarf and the rest of her collection is 100% handmade. So fluffy, so soft! I could definitely see myself cuddling up in this little number.
