I tried my hand at Indian food the other night, and it actually didn't turn out too bad! I just love all of the spices and aromas that make up the dish. So very tasty. There definitely is a lingering aroma in the house, but well worth it.
Hoping to catch a few fireworks this weekend as I hang out with family and friends. Should be a great weekend! Happy Fourth to you!
